Scope
This policy applies to the yujing.ltd website operated by Yujing Software (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and the Yujing app currently in development. The app has not yet been released; its final data practices will be described in the policy published at launch.
Website information
This is a static website. It does not provide user accounts, display advertising, or intentionally use cookies or third-party analytics. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process network and log information required to deliver and protect the site in accordance with its service practices.
App data design
Yujing is designed to record financial information entered by the user, including assets and liabilities. Our current design principles are:
- financial data is stored on the user’s devices;
- if the user enables iCloud sync, data is synchronized through the user’s own Apple iCloud account;
- we do not design the product to sell user data or support targeted advertising;
- if diagnostics or analytics are introduced later, we will update this policy and provide any required notice or choice before collection.
Information you send us
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide so we can respond, provide support, and retain necessary communication records.
Retention and security
We retain contact information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, or dispute resolution, and use reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information submitted during support communications. App data stored on a device or in iCloud can be managed through the app, device settings, or relevant Apple features.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as development continues and the product launches. Material changes will be described on this page with a revised effective date.
